How to Apply to Wade Gordon Hairdressing Academy

Choosing a beauty school is a big decision. So why choose us? Ready to start the application process? Here’s what you’ll need:

To be at least 17 years old
Have a high school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent
A government-issued photo ID
Completed application form
Proof of citizenship or legal residency
Review and sign the enrollment agreement

There will also be a non-refundable application fee, which varies by location.

Receive your student kit. You’ll get the tools, products, and materials needed to complete your training.

Is there an enrollment deadline?

No. We offer rolling enrollment, which means you can start your enrollment journey whenever you are ready. Classes begin on the first Monday of every month, and you can apply to start on any of our upcoming class dates.

Can I tour the school before I apply?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. A school tour is a great way to learn more about our community and see what it’s like to be a student in one of our programs. A member of our admissions team will show you around, and they can answer any questions you have about the school, programs, or admissions process.

How can I pay for beauty school?

We know a beauty education is a big investment, but it’s an investment in yourself and your future. We don’t want financial concerns to hold anyone back from their dreams. Financial aid is available to those who qualify, and you may be eligible for federal grants or subsidized loans that make paying for your education more manageable.
